Why Join?
Since 1971, women throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas have been working together to educate andinspire fellow community members as to positive, life-changing research that is being conducted at the city's biomedicalresearch jewel, SFBR.

When you join the Southwest Foundation Forum, you become a part of a very important circle of individualswhose fundraising and friend raising efforts are furthering the mission of SFBR, an internationally renowned, independent biomedical research institution that is a pacesetter in the race to find new preventions, treatments and cures for life's most serious diseases.

Membership Requirements
You must be a woman 21 years of age and over.

Membership Year
August 1 through July 31 with the annual membership campaign running from March 1 through April 15.

Depending on what time of year we receive your membership dues, your name may not appear in the yearbook for the current year; however, you can look forward to receiving mailings and invitations to our many membership events.

Cost of Membership
Base membership: $35.00 (100% tax-deductible)
Patron-level sponsorship: $50.00 (100% tax-deductible)
Benfactor-leve sponsorship: $100.00 (100% tax-deductible)

Benefits of Membership Membership includes invitations to attend the following events: two lecture luncheons each year at The Argyle, a tour of the SFBR campus and the city's premier spring fundraiser gala. As a member, you will also receive a complimentary membership directory and a newsletter three times each year. Moreover, when you join the Forum, you will be motivated to share the news of our city's incredible resource with your friends and this goodwill will be passed forward.

To suggest a potential new member, please submit your name and the name of the proposed new member, her address, phone number and e-mail to Mary Beth Mosbacker, fax to 210-805-0279, or mail to SWFF Membership Chairman, 402 Lamont, San Antonio, TX 78209 and a personal invitation to join the Forum will be sent by mail.
